Shift: Mon-Fri, normal business hours
Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Learning and Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training within manufacturing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, excellent communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in computer skills, video editing, database LMS (Learning Management System) and Veeva is a bonus. Develop and deliver training programs tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing GMP environment.
Understand and implement effective training processes and methodologies.
Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Utilize computer skills to create and manage training materials, including video editing for instructional content.
Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to
improve outcomes.


Requirements: Proven experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing software.
Experience with database LMS (Learning Management System) management.
Familiarity with Veeva systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
