Discover more about this wonderful location here.*What You'll Do as a Physical Therapist:** *Assess and treat patients* with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including athletes and post-surgical rehab.* Develop, implement, and *monitor individualized treatment plans* to help patients achieve their health and fitness goals.* Lead and participate in *team-based care* with a collaborative and dynamic staff of therapists.* *Plan, market, and develop new rehab programs* that address the specific needs of our community.* *Communicate effectively* with patients, their families, physicians, and fellow healthcare providers.* Share your knowledge and expertise by presenting *in-services to other team members* and helping elevate the skills of your peers.* Assist in the *general operation* of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.*What We're Looking For:** *Education:* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.* *Licensure:* Must possess or be eligible for *state licensure* in Nebraska.* *Passion:* A true commitment to making a difference in patients' lives and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.* *Team Player:* Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of professionals to create the best possible outcomes for our patients.* *Specialized Skills (Preferred):* Experience or interest in postural restoration, dry needling, or custom bike fitting is a plus.*What We Offer:*At RehabVisions, we believe in supporting our team members so they can grow personally and professionally.
