Completes evaluations for referred individuals, utilizes appropriate tests and measures establishing a timely plan of care in compliance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations. Completes patient treatments efficiently in accordance with plan of care progressing patient as appropriate to achieve established goals. Completes accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of the therapy services. Manages each patients plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed. Supervises, collaborates, and delegates appropriate care to assistants, techs, and other support personnel per federal and state regulations.What should I have to be considered? Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program required. New grads welcome, robust onboarding and mentoring provided! Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state as a physical therapist.
