Sodexo is seeking a Food General Manager to oversee Patient Services for Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, NE. The General Manager will direct all Food & Nutrition related to patient food services for the 600+ bed hospital. The General Manager will come with a background in leading large, diverse food service teams with a proven ability to drive and improve customer experience, foster a fun working culture, and meet financial goals.The salary range is competitive and based on experience with a bonus incentive plan and a rich benefits package that kicks in immediately. • Lead the daily operations of the patient room service dining program.
• Manage a large team of 120+ associates and salaried managers.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure operating standards.
• Strategically drive overall patient experience and satisfaction.
• Engage with employees, promote an inclusive culture, and mentor department leaders.We are looking for candidates who have:
