Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Specialist Lead responsible
for processing tax payments and providing customer service in a
fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor payment activities and collaborate with stakeholders to
improve quality
Process daily tax payments and communicate with the internal
Treasury department
Research discrepancies and manage returned ACH payments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
3-5 years of related payroll and/or tax experience or customer
service/banking experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced outsourcing
environment
